Lotus Labels expands its folded carton production line and upgrades capacity with a new Petratto Folding and Glueing Machine.
Eastbourne, United Kingdom – 15th December 2023 – Lotus Labels, a leading provider of high-quality printed and plain self-adhesive labels and folded carton packaging solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of a new Petratto folding and glueing machine to its machine armoury. This new machine will streamline the folding and glueing process, significantly increasing production capacity and enabling Lotus Labels to offer a wider range of folded carton products.

The Petratto machine is a high-speed, automated system that can fold and glue a variety of folded carton sizes and styles. Capable of handling up to 6000 cartons per hour, this new machine improves the capacity three-fold over the company’s previous capability. This will enable the Lotus Cartons division of the business to offer its customers a wider range of folded carton options.
